Delivery Costs

Our delivery costs are as follows:

  • Mainland UK - £2.99-£3.99 (Orders Under £10), Free (Orders Over £10) 
  • EU - £3.99-£19.99 Varies depending on weight 
  • Rest Of The World - £3.99-£39.99 (Size & Weight Restrictions Apply) 
  • Customs: Please also note that non-UK buyers are the importer of record and as such responsible for paying any applicable custom duties/import taxes.

The items that exceed the Size & Weight Restrictions can only be delivered to the UK and within the EU

Delivery Timescales

Delivery timescales can vary as some products may have to be shipped directly from the manufacturer, delivery timescale estimates are listed on the product pages, if your product has exceeded the delivery timescale estimate please contact us to investigate the issue, in the scenario of a bank holiday weekend or Christmas holidays some deliveries may take a little longer.

Returns

Is your product faulty or not working as expected? Please refer to our FAQs & Tutorials page or contact our Customer Service team using the live chat, the form on the Contact Us page or by emailing cs@stationeryisland.com. They will be able to advise on the correct use of your product or provide a replacement.

Not satisfied with your purchase or simply changed your mind? You have 60 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. You must also have proof of purchase for the item. If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service team using the live chat, the form on the Contact Us page or by emailing cs@stationeryisland.com

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs of returning your item unless the return is due to manufacturing fault. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from this.

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the product. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
